Whether you're new to the concept of online forums or regularly use them please take the time to read through this post to gain an understanding of how we run things around here.

These rules may be edited or new ones added at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with them.

Guild Rules
I. Loyalty to the guild and it's members
II. To help those who are weaker than you if they ask for it.
III. Show mercy to your enemies if they plead for it.
IV. Be generous in so far as your resources allow
V. To guard the honour of fellow members.
VI. Do not attack others if they have not attacked you or other guild members.
(For clarification this rule includes resource fields but if our resource fields are attacked and taken we can get them back nothing more so no attacking to resource fields which were occupied to other people. We do not wish to wage war against anybody.)
- 1§ You are allowed to attack player who has quit this game but before you do you have to message the player, who you are going to attack, five (5) days before the attack and the message have information when the attack will occur and if the message is replied within these five days from sending the message the attack will be cancelled. If you launch an attack without the warning message, the message has false information from the planned attack, attack before five days have gone by from sending the message or attack even if the message has been answered it will be seen as breaking rule number VI (6).
- 2§ You are allowed to attack the player if a member of this guild or any of our allies report the player as this is seen going with rule II (2).
- 3§ At war situation you are allowed to attack any player who is at opposite side without any punishment.
VII. Honour the guild alliances and treaties.
VIII. At war situation you have freedom of choosing if you join it. We are not forcing anybody to join a war if they do not want to join.


Forum Rules
I. There will be no excessive use of profanity.
II. There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations.
III. There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.
IV. Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your posts as constructive as possible.
V. Pornography, Warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.
VI. All posts are property of the poster. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right to request alteration or deletion of any offensive post. Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.
VII. Users may not argue a moderators decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via PM. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.
VIII. Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive. If you plan to post more than one image, or the topic is based on graphics, please link the images rather than screening.
IX. Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 400x150. If your signature is larger than the allotted size given, you will be requested by a moderator to resize your image. Please also keep text signatures under 5 lines. Failing to append with a moderator will result in the removal of your signature.
X. Advertising,commercial-related or competing products are all forbidden in any relation to your account.
XI. Please keep foul language to a minimum, any excessive un-called for language will be removed and you will receive a final warning.
XII. Remember to post in the correct forum. Take your time to look at other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved by a moderator.
XIII. If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if the post is a violation of our guidelines then please contact a moderator either via PM; please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact. Any person/s who attempt to present themselves as a Moderator by posting negatively to a member's topic (which has been posted in error and requires locking or moving to another forum) will be sent a PM warning and placed into moderation queue upon further actions.
XIV. Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.
XV. You may have one username on the board at any one time. We reserve the right to merge or delete multiple accounts.

2nd report: Kick

Forum Rules broken
1st report: Warning
2nd report: Second Warning
3rd report: 1 day ban
4th report: 1 week ban
5th report: permanent ban
